A few different ways to work together

Aetna clients · through Headway. I see a limited number of Aetna clients through Headway, which handles insurance billing directly. If you have Aetna and would like to book through Headway, reach out and I will share my Headway profile.

Private pay clients · booked directly. The rates above apply. Sessions are paid at time of service via card on file through SimplePractice.

Out-of-network reimbursement. If your PPO insurance offers out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be reimbursed for a significant portion of your session fees. I provide a monthly superbill at no extra charge.

It is worth a 10-minute call to your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network benefits before your first session.

Why private pay

What you gain by choosing this

Full privacy
No mandatory diagnosis on your permanent record. Your mental health history stays between you and your therapist.
No session limits
Insurance caps sessions. We work at the pace your healing actually needs.
Your provider, your choice
You chose this practice because it felt right, not because it was in-network.
Individualized treatment
Treatment plans built around your goals, not what's reimbursable.
Out-of-network how it works

Submitting a superbill

All you need is a superbill, and I provide one at no extra charge. Most PPO plans offer some level of out-of-network coverage.
