About this practice
Your right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under federal law (the No Surprises Act), you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Health care providers must give clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance a written estimate of the expected charges before scheduled services. You are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate at least one business day before your scheduled service, or sooner upon request.
If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill. To request a Good Faith Estimate at any time, contact margeaux@hollandhearttherapy.com.
